College hasn’t prepared me how to navigate my life after university, which can be pretty scary.

Holding the camera for other people has always been a job of mine ever since I could remember, several attempts of being in front of the camera was made but it never really worked up until I started talking to the right people.

To be honest, this piece just came out from one of my anxious pondering sessions.

There was a time where I thought that life was a careful balancing act; if you keep everything in place, you’ll live long enough to exhaust it.

This is a letter to our younger selves, who are still so naive yet full of life. I hope you find yourself in a place where you know you belong. I hope you’ll always be who you really are.

All organism are pleasingly beautiful, we all grew in different places, different character, color, size and we all become one cause we’re living things who need each other.

Uniforms express togetherness and equality within a community. I believe that we’re able to express who we are despite wearing the same attire, thus this uniform is a reflection of who I am, my interests, my work, and my identity. Each piece of this uniform is handmade by me.

This piece is inspired by the idea of progression—having the guts to let go of your past self to be able to flourish.

"In the Next Life" by Taylor Webb is based on the feeling of yearning for what once was, and what is missing in the current moment. The fantasy world constructed within the piece contrasts the visuals of an empty house to text that suggests the presence of a loved one to establish a perspective of denial and delusion.

I became aware of a presence, these “beings” actually live around us. After an experience of one trying to takeover me and hearing a knock every night at 3AM, i realized that they’re just living among us, not all of them are “scary” and some are just there to protect you, but of course it was scary hearing a girl’s laugh in the corner of your room but that’s besides the point.

This particular piece is inspired by the idea of femininity. I personally believe the idea of our own femininity to be something of our very own myths or our very own design. Your femininity does not have to adhere to any rules and you can essentially write your own legends. It is a piece about mystic and the magic of loving or knowing your own self.

A long-forgotten tale of how things need to be lost in order to be found and how the self needs to be gone for it to be gained.

We dismiss women for having the audacity to enjoy something that other women like. What a 'true' woman is and isn't, what she should and shouldn't do, and how she should and shouldn't portray herself are all things that we define. There is no such thing as a standard woman; there is just the ideal of womanhood that has been forced on us since our existence, a modern myth.

Still, love is on the other side and again, it was terrifying. My dear, open the door.
